The following terms of service refers to Shazamail, a free-to-use website, hereinafter “SHAZAMAIL,” based on the URL https://shazamail.com, and SHAZAMAIL PREMIUM on web, hereinafter “SHAZAMAIL PRO WEB.”

By using this service, you agree to the following terms. SHAZAMAIL makes no warranty of reliability or suitability for any purpose. Its availability or existence may be removed at any time by its owners. Any email sent through SHAZAMAIL may or may not be available for viewing, may be altered, and is immediately viewable by ANY user of the system. You agree to only access SHAZAMAIL data through the SHAZAMAIL website.

The SHAZAMAIL function is free, but additional features are available on SHAZAMAIL PRO (after subscription/payment).

You agree to not use SHAZAMAIL directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose. You agree that any email you send to SHAZAMAIL or emails you induce other sites/persons to send will become public domain once in the SHAZAMAIL system with no expectation of privacy for email content.

You agree not to use the public SHAZAMAIL system to receive, store, or view emails containing private or confidential information. You understand that SHAZAMAIL has no control over material put into mailboxes.

You agree to hold SHAZAMAIL harmless from any damages caused by loss of emails, content within emails, damage to your computer (or innocence) from viewing emails, or direct or indirect use of this system.

You agree that you cannot send email using SHAZAMAIL, only receive. Moreover, the free service handles a couple million emails per hour. Therefore, you agree that emails can be stored for up to 1-2 hours and the domains may be subject to change. You agree not to use temporary emails for registering important accounts or receiving sensitive data. SHAZAMAIL will have no ability to restore emails or domains once removed.

You agree that SHAZAMAIL PREMIUM is used for authorization and payments on the https://moneroo.com/ platform and is available on DESKTOP WEB ONLY (has no ability to provide a cross-device experience on mobile apps). SHAZAMAIL PREMIUM is still a temporary disposable email service and not traditional fully functional email software.

With the free version of Shazamail, you can:

• Get access to free domains list;
• Generate a new email address instantly;
• Copy to clipboard or using QR code;
• Change email names;
• Receive emails and attachments automatically;
• Get browser notification of new emails;
• Read incoming emails, including attachments;
• Download sources (.EML), including attachments;
• Quickly delete and/or generate new email addresses;

With the professional version of Shazamail on the web, you can get extra features, including the following:

• Multiple mailboxes – access to up to 10 mailboxes at the same time. You will be able to switch between them or delete them as you wish;
• Premium domains – we maintain special list on domains for premium users, which are not blacklisted and checked for quality every day;
• Extended email storage – in comparison to free version, when we store emails for 2 hours only, in premium, your emails stored for 1 month;
• 100% Private address with full ownership;
• Seamless functionality inside web browser;
• Enhanced privacy and security;
• Premium support – faster support for our users with dedicated team;
• No ads – the pro version is 100% ad-free.

SHAZAMAIL PRO on WEB subscription

Pro allows unlocking additional features and is billed as an auto-renewing subscription with the following prices:

• Monthly: $09
• Yearly: $54 (50% discount)

Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S., and are subject to change without notice. The exact price in a specific country is available in the payment window and may be observed prior to the subscription being made. You may cancel your subscription anytime.

Payment will be charged from your credit card or PayPal via the moneroo.com platform when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your account profile after the purchase.

Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions

SHAZAMAIL PRO reserves the right to change its pricing terms for subscriptions at any time, and SHAZAMAIL PRO will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to SHAZAMAIL PRO pricing terms, then you may choose not to renew your subscription.

Cancelling subscriptions or turning off auto-renewal

Users can cancel a subscription's auto-renewal at any time by following the steps below and will continue to have access to the premium content until the subscription's expiration date.

1. Login to your SHAZAMAIL PRO account
2. Follow the PROFILE sections
3. Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

Future Functionality

You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by SHAZAMAIL regarding future functionality or features.

Warranty Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that the Services or Products will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the presence of specific domain names or addresses in the service, as well as the email storage of already arrived emails.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless SHAZAMAIL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

Your Consent

By using our SHAZAMAIL, you consent to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Changes to our Terms of Service

If we decide to change our Terms of Service, we will post those changes on this page.
